Airtec Service is proud to install Mitsubishi ductless units for clients throughout the Woodbridge, NJ area. A ductless heating and cooling system provide a flexible and efficient option for those looking for a targeted and simple solution.

Without having to install new ductwork, which can take some time and cost more money, Mitsubishi ductless units provide a more simple option. Featuring a quiet, space-saving outdoor unit and one or more wall-mounted indoor units to help heat or cool “zones” in your home, ductless systems save you money on your electric bill and time installing a system that requires new ducts. Who doesn’t want that?

Air Conditioning

York® air conditioners provide reliable and efficient cooling to enhance the comfort of your home. An air conditioner is an outdoor unit that cools air and sends it inside to an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler, for circulation throughout your home or office. When the air conditioner is properly matched with the indoor unit, efficiency and system life are maximized.

Furnace

Stay warm and cozy in the cooler weather, with York® furnaces. Built and tested for dependability, economy, and comfort, you can count on York® to deliver a feeling of satisfaction that is unmatched. Furnaces heat and circulate warm air, making those winter months more bearable.

A furnaces ability to heat is measured with an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) percentage. A higher AFUE percentage indicates a more efficient furnace.

High-Efficiency Heat Pumps

Stay comfortable all year long with a high-efficiency York® heat pump. In one stylish unit, the split system heat pump draws the heat out of your home in the summer to cool it and draws the heat from the outside air in the winter to warm it. The satisfaction of year-long comfort being delivered from just one unit is unparalleled.

Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems

You can now get efficient and reliable heating and cooling in one self-contained unit with York® packaged heating and cooling systems. The packaged system, which is all built into one outdoor unit, provides heating in the colder months and central air conditioning in the warmer, summer months.

Air Handlers

Air handlers are crucial to circulating comfortable air throughout your home year-round. York® air handlers are designed for dependable performance year after year while providing exceptional efficiency and indoor air quality. Designed to perfectly work with your outdoor unit —either an air conditioner or heat pump— you can expect freshly circulated cool air in the warmer months and nicely warmed, cozy air in the cooler months. For year-round comfort, check out these York® air handlers we provide:

Dehumidifier

Dehumidifiers are essential to comfortable living if you live in areas with high levels of humidity. No one likes that wet clammy feeling you have when high humidity is mixed with cooler temperatures or that wet, sticky feeling that causes perspiration when humidity is combined with warmer temperatures. High humidity can actually be damaging to your property, as it can also cause mold and mildew to form throughout the house and ruin your clothes, paintings, fabrics, and more.

The most cost-effective way to lower the humidity in your home, in both up front, initial cost, as well as operating cost, is to install our Affinity System with the T-1900 dehumidifying thermostat. This system can take out up to 15 times more water from the air than a standard system while having minimal operating cost penalty.

Alternatively, we can install a special self-contained dehumidifying system such as our York® Dehumidifier. Also working in conjunction with your Affinity System, this self-contained unit takes even more humidity out of the air and works even when the air conditioning system is not operating. While slightly pricier, the comfort level increase is far worth it.

Humidifiers

Maintaining a certain level of humidity is incredibly important in dry areas. Dry climates can cause dry skin & eyes, nose bleeds, and static electricity. By raising the humidity level in your home, you can cure all of these symptoms. This can be accomplished by connecting a humidifier to your air-conditioning system and controlling it with a T-1900 thermostat.

Air Cleaner

Removing up to 94 percent of the particles that pass through your home’s system sounds like a deal too good to pass up on. Now you don’t need to, with York’s HEPA, Electronic, and Media Air Cleaners. Clear your homes air of dust, pollen, fungi, smoke, and other particles too small to see. These cleaners filtration system is more effective than your furnace or air conditioner alone, and since these pollutants can build up as film on walls and furniture, you will not only be able to feel a difference, but you will see one as well.

UV Air Purifiers

Allergies can be caused by mold that grows in cool, damp areas of your air conditioning system. With our selection of York air purifiers, you can say goodbye to that allergy-causing mold and protect your home and family from unpurified air. These ultraviolet air treatment systems use the same technology that’s long been used by water treatment facilities but has now been adapted by York for safe, efficient, and reliable home air purifiers.

Ventilators

We have all run into the dilemma of wanting to bring in the fresh air from the outside while also wanting to keep your home sealed tight for energy efficiency. Now you can do both with a York® Ventilation System. Whether you’re in a warm climate and are using the Energy Recovery Ventilator, or in a cold climate and using the Heat Recovery Ventilator, these air exchangers are a reliable way to quietly bring in fresh, clean air from the outside and remove stale inside air, along with dust and other particles that buildup.

Evaporator Coils

A traditional home comfort system consists of two parts: an outdoor unit, such as an air conditioner or heat pump, and an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler. The evaporator coil is a series of piping connected to a furnace or air handler that blows indoor air across it. This causes the coil to absorb heat from the air. The cooled air is then delivered to the house through ducting. The refrigerant then flows back to the compressor where the cycle starts over again.

We offer high-quality York® evaporator coils for cooling as well as heat pump applications engineered to be installed with York furnaces and to be matched with York cooling and heat pump outdoor units.
