Air Conditioning
York® air conditioners provide reliable and efficient cooling to enhance the comfort of your home. An air conditioner is an outdoor unit that cools air and sends it inside to an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler, for circulation throughout your home or office. When the air conditioner is properly matched with the indoor unit, efficiency and system life are maximized.
Furnace
Stay warm and cozy in the cooler weather, with York® furnaces. Built and tested for dependability, economy, and comfort, you can count on York® to deliver a feeling of satisfaction that is unmatched. Furnaces heat and circulate warm air, making those winter months more bearable.
A furnaces ability to heat is measured with an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) percentage. A higher AFUE percentage indicates a more efficient furnace.

Air handlers are crucial to circulating comfortable air throughout your home year-round. York® air handlers are designed for dependable performance year after year while providing exceptional efficiency and indoor air quality. Dehumidifier
Dehumidifiers are essential to comfortable living if you live in areas with high levels of humidity. No one likes that wet clammy feeling you have when high humidity is mixed with cooler temperatures or that wet, sticky feeling that causes perspiration when humidity is combined with warmer temperatures. High humidity can actually be damaging to your property, as it can also cause mold and mildew to form throughout the house and ruin your clothes, paintings, fabrics, and more.
The most cost-effective way to lower the humidity in your home, in both up front, initial cost, as well as operating cost, is to install our Affinity System with the T-1900 dehumidifying thermostat. This system can take out up to 15 times more water from the air than a standard system while having minimal operating cost penalty.
Alternatively, we can install a special self-contained dehumidifying system such as our York® Dehumidifier. Also working in conjunction with your Affinity System, this self-contained unit takes even more humidity out of the air and works even when the air conditioning system is not operating. While slightly pricier, the comfort level increase is far worth it.
Humidifiers
Maintaining a certain level of humidity is incredibly important in dry areas. Dry climates can cause dry skin & eyes, nose bleeds, and static electricity. By raising the humidity level in your home, you can cure all of these symptoms. This can be accomplished by connecting a humidifier to your air-conditioning system and controlling it with a T-1900 thermostat.

Evaporator Coils
A traditional home comfort system consists of two parts: an outdoor unit, such as an air conditioner or heat pump, and an indoor unit, such as a furnace or air handler. The evaporator coil is a series of piping connected to a furnace or air handler that blows indoor air across it. This causes the coil to absorb heat from the air. The cooled air is then delivered to the house through ducting. The refrigerant then flows back to the compressor where the cycle starts over again.
We offer high-quality York® evaporator coils for cooling as well as heat pump applications engineered to be installed with York furnaces and to be matched with York cooling and heat pump outdoor units.
